Justice M. T. Badamasi of the Federal High Court in Kano has struck out the legal suit filed against Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II over alleged demolition .
Sitting at Audu Bako Secretariat, the judge struck out the case as requested in the prayer by the lawyer of the plaintiff.
According to the judge, he decided to strike out the suit as against the claim of the defendant lawyer who prayed for the dismissal of the suit, saying that even if he dismissed the case, it amount to striking it out.
