Troops Discover Boko Haram's Hideout In Sambisa Forest

Troops of the Nigerian Army are continuing their advancement towards the main camp of the Boko Haram sect in Sambisa.During the encounter, the

troops freed many hostages and dislodged some Boko Haram insurgents, who fled on sighting them.

Army sources told DAILY POST that the Boko Haram fighters cannot escape into towns as there were many check points at all Sambisa exits and entry routes.

The troops discovered a tunnel the sect uses as hideout from military air strikes.

They also destroyed Boko Haram flags, motorcycles, among other properties.
